Analytical and creative, you know how to drive leads and sales on Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads. You are adept to the constant changing landscape of social media and can ensure that the company is always using the platforms in the best way. Analytical and creative, you know how to organize content, use proper grammar, and spell correctly, but more importantly, you have an insatiable passion for digital media and driving results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage paid social campaigns on all platforms, with a focus on Facebook/Instagram
Manage PPC and display campaigns on all platforms
Incorporate up-and-coming platforms into the mix, including TikTok, Reels,
Prepare organization to transition as platforms change and cookies become obsolete
Assist team with other digital marketing initiatives as needed, both organic and paid

Job Requirements:

2+ years of PPC and Facebook/Instagram experience
BA in Marketing, Communications, preferred
Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Advertising preferred
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
Excellent writing, language, and communication skills
A team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary
Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
Customer service abilities
Available to work weekends and evenings when needed (sparingly) to launch/optimize campaigns
