Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst/Technical Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, technical marketing, and digital marketing tools. As a Data Analyst/Technical Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing marketing strategies, improving performance, and driving revenue growth through data-driven decision making and technical expertise.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Conduct data analysis using SQL to gather insights and provide recommendations for marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
  2. Create and deliver regular data visualization and reporting using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant software to communicate marketing performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  3. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI and drive qualified traffic to our digital assets.
  4. Utilize Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize website performance and drive conversions.
  5. Implement and manage Google Tag Manager to track user interactions and events on the website, set up goal tracking, and ensure accurate data collection for analysis.
  6. Lead conversion rate optimization efforts, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and UX/UI enhancements to improve conversion rates across digital channels.
  7. Collaborate with the web development team to implement technical SEO best practices, including optimizing website structure, meta tags, schema markup, and other SEO elements to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
  8. Utilize HTML and CSS to create and modify landing pages, email templates, and other digital assets as needed for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  9. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and strategies to improve marketing performance.
Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, computer science, or a related field.
  2. Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
  3. Demonstrated experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  4. In-depth knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  5. Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) concepts and A/B testing.
  6. Proficiency in HTML and CSS for website and landing page modifications.
  7. Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with technical SEO.
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  11. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
