Steven Enterprise is looking for a seasoned sales professional to grow our brands, which include minor league sports teams, family entertainment, and a web room. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic planning and management of all sales channels across the Steven Enterprise portfolio to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and execute the vision, mission and revenue growth strategy for sales across all platforms. 
  • Develop detailed sales forecast.
  • Plan and help implement various promotions.
  • Actively generate new leads with businesses through various prospecting activities.
  • Provide a profit and loss summary for promotions/perks.
  • Coordinate perks offered and marketing plan to promote business within Steven Ent. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients. 
  • Works closely with marketing department to ensure highest output and return. 
  • Ensures that all required documentation is completed in a timely manner. 
  • Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to all inquiries.
  • Report successes and areas needing improvement regularly.
 
Expectations:
  • Always present a professional demeanor when representing Steven Ent.
  • Provide input in developing strategies to support goals and objectives.
  • Develop contacts and build long term relationships selling new business and renewing current.
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter  
 
Job Requirements: 
  • Available to travel within all Steven Ent. markets throughout the Midwest. 
  • Exceptional selling and relationship building skills.
  • Customer service abilities 
 
Physical Requirements: 
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing and speaking.
