Housekeeping Associate – Genesis Health Clubs (Louisville, KY)
Pay: $13 – $15 per hour (based on experience and shift)
Job Summary:
Genesis Health Clubs is hiring a Housekeeping Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. This position is essential in upholding the facility’s standards and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize gym equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and high-traffic areas
- Sweep, dust, vacuum, and mop assigned facility spaces
- Restock towels, soap, tissue, and other supplies
- Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of waste areas
- Greet members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Support overall facility cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and positive work ethic
- Comfortable engaging with members and staff in a professional manner
- Passion for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Lift up to 35 pounds as needed
- Comfortable using cleaning products and tools
