At Genesis Health Clubs, we’re looking for a Youth Director who can lead a high-energy team, build engaging programs, and create an experience that keeps families coming back week after week. This is more than a job—it’s your chance to own and grow an entire youth department.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and elevate all youth programming, including summer camps, events, and Kids Club operations
- Create an environment where kids are engaged, active, and having fun—not just supervised
- Hire, train, and develop a team that brings energy, accountability, and strong execution every day
- Own scheduling, payroll, and budgeting to ensure efficient, profitable operations
- Drive program participation and revenue growth through strong execution and local engagement
- Maintain organization, safety standards, and compliance across all programs
- Build relationships with families and become a go-to leader in your club community
What We’re Looking For
- A natural leader who can motivate a team and hold high standards
- Passion for working with kids and creating experiences—not just managing a room
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and lead in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership or management experience (youth, recreation, or childcare preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on programming needs
