Genesis Health Clubs is hiring a Fitness Manager!

This position will oversee certain aspects of the Personal Training department for a designated Genesis location; including recruiting new clients, scheduling and training new personal trainers. As well as, ensure profitability of the personal training program by overseeing and following up with all new members, department goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidates MUST be:

Healthy and physically fit
Highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong understanding of customer service
Ability to present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the club
Effective organizational skills
Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
Must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification
